Escape winter for a soulfull & sun kissed yoga retreat with Sigrid Lauren, set beside a secluded beach (literally a 2 minute walk from your bedroom)! Over five transformative nights, move, breathe, and flow with two daily guided sessions—Vinyasa, Yin, Qi Gong, Breathwork, Meditation, and Dance—interwoven with free time to fully inhabit the moment: swim in the pool, wander nature trails and permaculture gardens, frolic and read in the sand, write your manifesto, dance in the open‑air yoga dome, sip margs in hammocks, visit nearby beach towns, wash away worries in the waves, and simply savor the sun.
All-inclusive packages include 3 meals per day, 5 nights of accommodation and wellness programming curated to nourish body, mind, and soul. Whether you’re called to reconnect to your inner power and peace, clear space in the body and mind, deepen your yoga and meditation practice, or bask in restorative moments by the sea, this retreat is a sanctuary for deep rest, renewal, clarity, and joy. We are an evolving song & dance, this retreat will be the reminder.

*** There are a few dogs and peacocks who roam the property. Dogs are sweet, friendly and usually lounging. The peacocks we let do their thing, climbing on ledges and watching over us <3
INCLUDED: five nights of accommodation, three meals per day, airport transfers, one excursion, use of yoga shala and pool, and all wellness programming. Spaces are limited, so please email if interested in learning more and booking your flights early is highly recommended (For my NYC friends, there is a perfect United flight that gets us to the beach at 1pm).
NOT INCLUDED: Flight to PXM, Alcoholic beverages (can be purchased on site), Massage services & travel insurance.

Writers, dancers, facilitators, and multidisciplinary artists will find the environment uniquely supportive for reflection and creative flow. The absence of distractions and serenity of the ocean waves crashing supply a bounty of inspiration.

TRAVEL TO PUERTO ESCONDIDO AIRPORT
There are many ways to get to Puerto Escondido but only a few flights a day, so plan accordingly.
If you are coming from NYC, you will either fly into Mexico City or Houston, TX and transfer to catch a short one hour flight to the coast, PXM airport. There is a wonderful United flight that leaves EWR 5:30am and has us swimming in the pool by 1pm (transfer in Houston, TX).
If you are coming from LA, the trip will be a little shorter and cheaper - you will likely have a. transfer in Guadalajara airport.
*Please plan you booking and travel in conversation with Sigrid. New Ruins Staff will pick you up upon arrival at the airport. It is a 45 minute drive to the retreat center.
If you prefer to visit CDMX before your trip, there a few flights a day to Puerto Escondido so play accordingly. We highly encourage travel insurance for your trip because it is an investment. There are no refunds for any reason.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Your deposit secures your place and is non-refundable.
We understand that unexpected events can arise, so please review the refund timeline carefully:
More than 60 days before the retreat: You’ll receive a full refund of any payments made, minus the deposit.
Within 60 days of the retreat start date: Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued, without exceptions.
We truly understand that no one anticipates canceling a retreat, but life can be unpredictable. For this reason, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
Please note that we cannot offer exceptions for any reason, including weather, personal emergencies, or illness/injury. No refunds or credits will be provided for missed portions of the retreat, late arrivals, or early departures.
